AngelBrics is a trading name of PRSIM Property Management L.L.C, a real estate brokerage licensed by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC broker licence 202600828031), registered on Al Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “AngelBrics”, “we” and “us” mean PRSIM Property Management L.L.C.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through angelbrics.com and our social media pages, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. If you have any questions, email us at info@angelbrics.com.

When you request one of our investor guides, we collect your first name, your email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We also record whether you agreed to hear from us by email and by WhatsApp, and which advert or campaign brought you to the site.

To protect the site from spam and fake sign-ups, if a sign-up is blocked we keep a short record of the email address used, the IP address and the reason it was blocked.

Cookies and similar technologies. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising. If you decline, or have not yet chosen, neither of them is loaded. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask you again. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

Comments on our social media pages. When you comment publicly on our Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn pages, we see your comment, the name shown on your account and the post you commented on, so that we can reply.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us and our conversation with you.

We use your details to send you the guide you asked for and, if you agreed, to send you further information about investing in Abu Dhabi property by email or WhatsApp. We use them to reply to your comments and questions, to arrange calls you book with us, to improve our website and advertising, and to keep our services secure.

We use artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude) to help draft replies to comments on our social media pages and to help prepare our messages. A member of our team reviews these drafts, and nothing is posted on our pages without being approved by a person.

We do not sell your personal information.

We send marketing emails and WhatsApp messages, and use analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We rely on our legitimate interests to reply to public comments on our pages, to answer enquiries, to keep records of our dealings with you and to protect the site from spam and abuse. Where you go on to buy property through us, we will also use your information to carry out that transaction and to meet our legal obligations, such as identity and anti-money-laundering checks required under UAE law.

We use trusted service providers who handle personal information on our behalf and only on our instructions: ActiveCampaign (email lists and messages), Microsoft (email), n8n (workflow automation), Anthropic (AI drafting), Base44 (website hosting), Google (analytics), and Meta and LinkedIn (our social media pages and advertising).

If you ask us about a particular property, we may share your name and contact details with the developer or seller so that they can help with your enquiry. We may also share information where the law requires it.

We are based in the UAE and our service providers may store or process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where UK or UAE law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep your details for two years after our last contact with you. If you unsubscribe and ask us to delete your details, we will do so sooner, keeping only a record that you unsubscribed so we don’t contact you again. Where you buy property through us, we keep transaction records for as long as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, including under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another organisation. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, and from WhatsApp messages by replying STOP.

If you live in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before you do.

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
